Collection consists of a scrapbook created by Lt. Thomas H. North when he served as a U.S. marine aboard the USS Texas in 1940 and official orders and reports retained by Lieutenant North when he served with the 3rd Raider Battalion, 1st Marine Raider Regiment from 1942 to 1944.
